Nakedlog.com ANTI-SPAM Policy

You might have noticed or you might not, or you simply just don’t care, but we have a new way of fighting spam.

These days there are people who love nothing else then creating several accounts, so they can then place url’s in there blogs, headings and/or description.
This way these people hope to have free ads on our expenses.

If you place a link forwarding to a site selling something to other people, then you must first ask this the sales department via  “contact us” as stated in the “Terms of Use” of the site.

Maybe, when the ad is simple, they (Sales) just ask you to place our “Banner” on your site, which is called “Crosslinking”.

The spamming also happened a lot to our free blog service on the site.
Also, a lot of accounts were created to place blogs with link forwarding to a site selling something to other people.

The funny thing is that already for a long time a blog is NOT automatically approved anymore, and if not approved then the blog is only visible to the spammer itself.

Every blog is first checked a.s.a.p. and then we approve the blog when found to be ok.
This means again NO unsolicited commercial linking.
If spam was to be found, then we placed a request to remove the spam so the webmaster could then approve the blog anyway.

This was the past, today we have no mercy anymore, and simply (most of the time) immediately DEACTIVATE the spam account.

Don’t get us wrong, if you are referring to site linking regarding your profile, blog, news or anything else WITHOUT a commercial idea behind it, then we don’t mind.
I hope we all can also have respect for this FREE site.
